FAQ
After my shoot I would like to order more prints than originally bought from my set, can I?
Yes you can! We charge a flat rate of R150 per image for any extra photos ordered.
How long after my shoot will I receive my images?
Because the editing process is a more time consuming process we require a minimum of 7-12 working days to work on your images. We will then email you the DRAFT images where you get to choose your favorite photos. From there we require a max of 48 hours to co-late and send you your images.
How does Payment work?
We require a 50% deposit upon booking for our regular shoots, with the balance payable the day before your shoot. For our Special/Mini Shoots, we do require payment in full upfront. Payment can be done online or in-store by card machine or in cash.
Do you offer hair and Make-Up?
All our shoots include hair and Make-up. We work with industry professionals every step of the way to ensure your look is on point. We also have the use of our in-house hair accessories library for all shoots booked.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes you can, this may be discussed on the day before you shoot
I have a specific theme in mind, are you flexible?
Yes! We love working with our clients to ensure you get the outcome you have always wanted.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No you do not. We give all our photos to the client via We-Transfer in high resolution jpg format for easy download and printing.
Do you offer wardrobe?
We do not, but are closely linked to Retrospective Store which is located just upstairs from our studio. All items may be purchased on or before your photo session. All ladies who book with us automatically get a 10% discount for all purchases made online or instore.
Do you hire props for events?
We do not hire our props outside our studio. All shoots booked in-studio include the full use of our prop department
